Mercy Frank a founding partner in Frank & Kealy law firm. Mercy immigrated to the United States of America from West Africa over 25 years ago. Mercy graduated from Lowell High School in 2002. 2006, she graduated from University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Mercy practice areas include: Family law, Immigration, criminal defense and civil litigation. Mercy has substantial experience representing clients in many aspects of family law including Modification, child custody, parenting plans, contempt, paternity, grandparent visitation. In addition to family law, Attorney Frank has over a decade experience helping families immigrate United States.

Glenn
Glenn Sean Kealy was born and raised in Lowell MA.
He attended Merrimack College and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Religious Studies in 1995.
He attended Massachusetts School of Law and graduated with his JD. He was admitted to the Bar in 2008.
He has experience in Family law, Criminal law, Consumer rights including fighting improper and illegal debt collection and Landlord Tenant law.
Additionally, Glenn Kealy graduated from the Greater Lowell Vocational School of Nursing and worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for over 30 years. He has defended several nurses before the Board of Nursing.
In 2011 he went into Practice with Attorney Mercy Frank and together they have continued to work with and defend clients throughout Middlesex and Essex County in a variety of situations in the District Court and Probate Court.
